"The past is a ghost, the future a dream. All we ever have is now"
This is for sure one of the ways (if not the only sure way) to find happiness - to be in the now. To raise your awareness and to focus in the moment now.
But it is really not so easy to achieve that.
Sometimes there are thousand and thousand of thoughts and desires, which push you in the future and in the past.
One possible solution is to switch off the thoughts and focus your attention to your senses. What do you see? What do you hear? How your skin and body feel?
Focus on the breathing, inhale, exhale...
