More about the Vu-Do state

A little bit more about the Vu-Do state:
Have you think about the moments, when everything happens just the way it supposed to be?
How did you feel at these moments?
These are usually the moments, when you are feeling happy, relaxed and motivated.

These are the three key words, which describe the Vu-Do state: happy, relaxed and motivated. Our goal is to stay in this state as long as possible and train our mind and body to stay in that state or go to this state, when we want and when we need it (e.g. to achieve something).
All the problems (btw it is good to avoid the word problem, in the future I will substitute it with challenge), so back to the sentence… all the challenges happened when we are stressed, or in “bad” mood, tired or exhausted. Hence it is good to avoid that mood, although sometimes we are so deep in that “bad” mood, that it is really hard to go out of it.
So we will find out techniques, methods and strategies, how to avoid “bad” mood and stay in the “good” Vu-Do state: happy, relaxed and motivated.
