Introduction into happiness

Let’s start with some basic information about happiness and keep the main question in your mind. What makes us happy? I suppose that everyone will answer that question differently however there will be some similar answers.

First, I would like to notice that the happiness isn’t a straight line, it is more like a sine wave. We cannot be always happy and that’s ok. We have to accept this fact and don’t push us to hard about it. Our goal is to stay in the happy state as long and as often as possible. How can we do that?
This is a good question. For the most people the happiness is like luck it comes and it goes and we cannot do anything to stay in that emotional state of well-being. The funny part of this is that happiness and luck are connected, but we will discuss that later. Now more important will be how to keep the sine wave in high middle amplitude or be happy most of the time.
Basic components of happiness:
1.Good physical condition
2.Good mental condition
3.Good social life
4.Balance
The happiness depends on some components. We can control the happiness through these components. In the following we will analyze in detail the components and how can we reach happier life style.
