Not only the factors, which make every person happy are different, but the factors of happiness are also different between the gender.
The men become happy, because of reasons different than the women. Of course you cannot summarize that completely, but let’s say most of the men and most of the women.
What makes us happy are factors, which depend on our nature. For the most men that would be factors as power, social status, freedom. These are factors, which are connected to the testosterone and adrenalin. On the other side the factors, which could make the most women happy are social connections, family and children.
We have to find out our true nature and find out, what makes us happy. The Vu-Do system is gender-independent and works for men and for women.
Think about the last time, when you were happy? How was the situation? What did you feel?
Try to go through the situation again and imagine the details.
