How to achieve the state of happiness and fulfillment. This is not an easy task, but we have to work for it and train it every single day. We have to stay positive no matter how the outside world tries to bring us outside of that state.
We have to disconnect the connection with the outside word and his challenges. But the first think that we have to do is to smile. So SMILE. The power of the smile is well known and that there is direct connection between the smile and the happiness. When we are happy we smile, and when we smile we become happy.
So let’s smile for 1 minute. And let’s pay attention how we feel. Do we feel that the happiness inside us increase and we become happier and happier? How do you feel the happiness? E.g. I feel it like it like an energy boll inside me, which makes my stomach convulsing. You can increase that convulsion physically with the muscles and continue smiling. Are you feeling happier now? This exercise is easy to do, because we can do it in public. We feel better, when we smile and also look prettier and more attractive.
The next exercise is upgrade of the first one. In this case we have to laugh for 1 minute. Think about something happy, that happened in the work or a joke that you heard or read recently. It is not easy to do that exercise in public, because the social boundaries don’t allow us to do that. But we can do this exercise at home. At the beginning can feel a little bit weird to laugh alone without reason. But after you start, it will increase and you will laugh easier and easier. Do you feel the lightness and the don’t-care-ness during the execution of this exercise. Every time when you laugh you can try to amplify it and laugh longer and more naturally.
For the minutes when you do these exercises, forget about the outside world. Concentrate on the inner happiness. Laugh about yourself, how seriously you become and how funny all the “small” challenges in life may look, if you look them from the funny side.
